How does Dual Enrollment Work?
To participate in dual enrollment, students must meet certain eligibility requirements, including maintaining a minimum GPA. Once enrolled, students can choose from a variety of college courses to take, and earn both high school and college credits for their coursework. All coursework is completed online or on-campus at Hillsborough Community College.
Requirements for Participation

Be enrolled in a Hillsborough County Public, Charter, Private or Home Education program. All schools must have an active articulation agreement with HCC.

Have an unweighted 3.0 high school GPA

Students must maintain a 3.0 unweighted high school GPA and a 2.0 HCC GPA to remain eligible.
