At Pivot Charter School, we value strong partnerships between parents and teachers. Parent-teacher conferences are a great opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate achievements, and work together to support their success.

📍 All conferences are in person at the school.

To ensure each family gets the time they need and that teachers can adequately prepare, appointments are required, and we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Please use the links below to sign up for a time that works best for you.

🔹 Teacher Availability:

• Mrs. Kyler (Middle School Math) and Mrs. Zambrano (Spanish) will not be available on Conference Night. If you need to meet with them, please contact a member of the administration for assistance.​

If you’re unable to secure an appointment with a specific teacher, you can always reach out via email or TalkingPoints to schedule a meeting during contract hours on another date.
